Our Sales Team based in Rotterdam City Center, does not have an easy task, you require an eye for detail, analytical skills, excellent customer services and the ability to spot new opportunities. We are looking for a passionate, hungry and motivated self-starter to build and grow existing accounts but also to actively seek out new business opportunities. We’re not looking for a body to fill a role, we’re looking for someone with passion and a can-do attitude, relevant experience of working in a fast-paced sales environment and with confidence. Self-motivated, proactive and the ability to build strong customer relationships in order to grow the business.

Your tasks:

  • Discover new sales opportunities and responds by means of various media (e-mail, telephone, events, inbound website leads etc.).
  • New Business Development (acquisition).
  • Ideas and plans initiation and development to enhance the sales activities.
  • Customer visits.
  • Presentations preparation and events participation.
  • Aftersales management.
  • Implementation of the sales strategy.
  • Weekly reports to the Global Sales Manager.


To be successful, you meet the following profile:

  • 1-3 years of sales experience in an equivalent position.
  • Understanding of the relevant business units and industrial automation.
  • Excellent CRM system (for example: SalesForce) and Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • Sales process driven.
  • Driving license or other means of transportation.
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills in English and Dutch.
