You will secure full clarity on what is expected at which point in time in what way and by whom within our international retail lines thus securing a consistent way of working and full appropriation of all programs, tools and systems.

The challenging existing ways of working based on interaction with and feedback from local retail lines and central departments and pro-actively contributes to further optimizations of processes and procedures.

Other than that, you will support our retail stores worldwide to drive commercial growth and ensure optimal customer service by coordinating and executing the exchange of relevant operational information from multiple departments via different channels of communication between Central Head Office and the local retail lines and vice versa.

For 40 hours per week, give new meaning to the words 'aim big, act small' and:

  • Reports to the other Sr. International Retail Coordinator and is part of the International Retail Operations team at Central Head Office
  • Is together with the Senior Retail Coordinator the first point of contact for the local Retail Coordinators in all markets with company owned stores (currently 18 countries and approximately 950 stores)
  • Supports the Retail Program Managers and International Retail Operations team on a per project basis
  • Has regular contact to different levels in the local retail lines, from Heads of Retail to Shop Managers
  • Works closely together with the other team members within the communications & coordination team and has regular contact to support different CHO departments/stakeholders such as Supply Chain, Marketing, IT, Innovation and Format & Design
  • Prepares and executes bi-weekly Retail Coordinator calls
  • Creates weekly newsletter with important and impactful operational information
  • Supporting management of the retail operations knowledge base

On top of it, you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree/ higher professional education in retail, hospitality management, business administration, or comparable
  • A minimum of 2 years working experience, preferably in retail and including shop floor experience
  • Knowledge of and experience with shop operations as Cash management, Stock management and Commercial Operations
  • Experience with executing retail operational programs
