About the job

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager (40 hours per week) for our new MR MARVIS Store in Belgium. 

After the successful opening of a store in Antwerp, we are opening a new store in Knokke!

This position will be available from February 2024. Expected store opening March 2024.

About the position

• As an Assistant Store Manager you act as the Store Manager's right hand.
• Promoting the brand story as a true ambassador. You radiate this with pride to your team and to customers;
• Clienteling;
• Ensuring a neat appearance of the store, inside and out.
• Managing/coaching/motivating the store team;
• Supporting the Store Manager in achieving the store's commercial targets;
• Active role in improving KPIs;
• Responsible for managing the store stock and other administrative tasks;
• Hosting and helping to organize events in the store;
• You take responsibility when the Store Manager is absent.

 

Your profile

• Experience in a similar role (preferably in retail) is a requirement for this position;
• Passion and enthusiasm for the MR MARVIS brand;
• Strong personality, flexible and representative;
• Ability to lead, motivate, train, monitor and develop a team through active management;
• You are customer and service oriented;
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Dutch and English. French is a plus;
• Computer knowledge and ability to work with online tools;
• You have experience with KPIs and will make every effort to analyze and improve them at a high level;
• You are available 38 hours a week, and you don't mind working during the weekend.
