This role sits inside the Hawk Commerce finance team in the Amsterdam office.


Our office in Amsterdam focuses on the development and distribution of our own giftcard concepts and experience boxes. Here we continue to optimize gift vouchers and develop new concepts for the Retail, B2B and online channels. Additionally we organize full external distribution for more than 50 national and international brands such as Bol.com, Zalando, Google Play, De Bijenkorf and Itunes and we are the exclusive distributors for channels such as Albert Heijn and Bruna.
 

Functieomschrijving

We operate as One Team, whilst we have our individual responsibilities, we are also flexible and support each other as and when the need arises.

 

The key responsibilities in this role include

  • Invoicing partners for weekly sales
  • AR / AP management
  • Supporting on our month end reporting
  • First point of contact for our client leads on any finance queries
  • Understanding and articulating the performance of the clients within these products against budget
  • Preparing and carrying out the first stage review of key balance sheet accounts
  • Support on internal and external audits
  • Support on ad hoc project work



Skills and Experience

  • You have finished MBO/HBO level Financial degree and has at least 3 years of experience
  • Excel skills – competent manipulating data and using SUMIFS, VLOOKUP and Pivot tables
  • Experience in handling and manipulating large amounts of data
  • Speak fluent Dutch & English
  • Full time available
