We sell our products online directly to consumers and via selected retail partners. Our brand and communications team is looking for someone who will help grow the Stoov brand internationally, with the most distinctive, creative and effective brand campaigns.

At Stoov we’re on a journey. We need a change maker, a rule breaker and a results deliverer. As we mature, we look more critically at the choices we make, and combine analytical thinking with strategic thinking to create plans that build the brand in our key markets. You will play a key role in this journey.


The Senior Brand & Marketing Manager plays a critical role in driving Stoov’s brand strategy and ensuring the successful execution of our annual marketing plan. As the guardian of the brand, this person will lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and growth. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with our Founder, the Senior Brand & Marketing Manager will oversee content development, manage external agencies, and lead internal team members to ensure cohesive brand execution across all channels.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand & Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and own the annual brand and marketing plan, aligning with Stoov’s broader strategic goals and the planning cycle.
  • Create and manage the campaign calendar, ensuring timely execution and alignment with commercial objectives.
  • Be the strategic voice for brand growth, identifying opportunities to maximize brand potential.
  • Refine and strengthen Stoov’s brand positioning and distincti brand assets


2. Creative & Content Development

  • Steer and oversee all content development for our owned, earned and paid channels, such as our webshop, email marketing, paid & organic social, influencer marketing and PR. Ensuring consiste execution and on-brand communication across channels.
  • Lead creative development for ATL (above-the-line) communications, ensuring all messaging aligns with Stoov’s brand strategy.
  • Support community management and social media strategy, ensuring ongoing consumer engagement and responsiveness.


3. Insights-Driven Decision Making

  • Support the commercial plan with clear, data-driven action plans informed by portfolio, channel, and market performance insights.
  • Use insights to develop recommendations for growth across product, market, and channel performance.


4. Brand Guardianship

  • Serve as Stoov’s brand champion, ensuring all communications are aligned with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity.
  • Act as the final sign-off for social media and below-the-line (BT communications to ensure quality and brand consistency.


5. Marketing Mix & Product Strategy

  • Drive strategic recommendations on the optimal marketing mix, ensuring strong channel selection and execution.
  • Provide clear, insight-driven recommendations for the product portfolio, supporting business growth and innovation.


6. Agency Management

  • Manage relationships with external agencies (e.g., PR, social, and creative agencies) to ensure timely, high-impact results.


7. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and develop the Brand Activation & Webshop Manager, CRM & Loyalty Manager and PR & Influencer Marketer, providing cle guidance, feedback, and development opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence within the team and company.

  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Data-driven decision-making with the ability to leverage insights to enhance performance.

We'd love it if you

  • Are as dedicated to the planet as we are;
  • Have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fie (Master's degree preferred);
  • Have 10+ years working experience in a Brand Marketing job;
  • Have a proven track record in PR, influencer marketing, and campai management.
