In the midst of the current mobility revolution, many questions arise – such as the true sustainability of electric vehicles and shared mobility solutions. How can we extend the lifespan of electric mobility, especially when it comes to batteries that degrade over time? The answer lies in our innovative solution: battery sharing.
 

Functieomschrijving

Our goal is to share batteries as valuable resources and manage them from their first use in mobility up to and including reuse and recycling. To make this initiative a reality, we need your support and are looking for a Store Manager (m/f/x) in Amsterdam (De Pijp – district).


In this role you will manage the local store and contribute positively to the ENYRING community.

  • Develop the store into an ENYRING brand 'embassy' by offering customers a first-class experience during their visit, for example with our test drives.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service and extensive product knowledge.
  • Increase sales: Translate annual sales targets into an actionable plan for the Berlin store, so that we deliver on our customer promises and (more than) achieve our goals.
  • Create a pleasant working environment: promote and live a positive atmosphere for both employees and customers.
  • Presentation at the points of sale: ensure that the products offered are correctly presented and in perfect condition to create the best possible sales environment.
  • Lead, motivate, support and manage your colleagues. Focus on training and development to optimize sales performance.
  • Understand our customers' needs and provide expert advice during the purchasing process. In-depth product knowledge is essential for this.
  • Resolve problems and complaints professionally with strong communication skills.
  • Take full responsibility for the store's operations: manage inventory, prepare accurate forecasts in collaboration with the marketing and sales team and the Country Manager.
  • Work with the team to continuously improve the shopping experience and productivity.
  • Develop ideas to surprise and delight our local customers.
  • Manage the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, order processing, and maintaining store standards.
  • Monitor sales performance, create reports and provide insights to improve store operations. Also manage the customer database.


Qualifications

  • You know Amsterdam (very) well, including the city's hotspots, and can quickly build relationships with local companies, the municipality and potential partners.
  • You are proactive, have no trouble approaching new customers directly, and are communicative and open.
  • You have an entrepreneurial attitude, strong leadership, communication and organizational skills and a passion for excellent customer service.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in managing a store or a similar position, preferably in the bicycle industry.
  • You speak fluent Dutch and good English for contact with our customers.
  • You have good MS Office skills: Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • You are willing to work on weekends and holidays if necessary.
